Little Luxe Scoops

By accessing this website or placing an order with Little Luxe Scoops (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms:
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase from Little Luxe Scoops.
2. Products & Mystery Disclaimer
Little Luxe Scoops sells mystery assortments of tangible retail merchandise. Due to the nature of mystery products:
• Specific items cannot be requested or guaranteed.
• Photos, videos, and descriptions are examples only.
• Please note, multiple duplicate items may occur within an order.
Each mystery scoop contains physical products with a combined value equal to or greater than the purchase price. Mystery scoops are retail purchases only and are not games, contests, or sweepstakes.
No Item Value Guarantees Per Individual Product: While each mystery scoop contains products with a combined retail value equal to or greater than the purchase price, individual items may have varying retail values. Customers acknowledge that no specific value is assigned to any individual item within a scoop.
3. Orders & Right to Refuse
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Returns & Damages
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Littleluxescoops@gmail.com.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary based on carrier and location. Once shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Social Media
Orders may be filmed for social media packing videos unless you opt out at checkout. First names and order preferences will be shown in such content.
7. Proposition 65 Notice (California Residents)
Some products sold through Little Luxe Scoops may contain materials or chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm under California Proposition 65. These chemicals may be present in small amounts in certain consumer products such as jewelry, cosmetics, plastics, textiles, or other retail merchandise included in mystery assortments.
Where required, Proposition 65 warnings are provided by the product manufacturer or supplier. By purchasing from Little Luxe Scoops, customers acknowledge that individual items within a mystery assortment may carry manufacturer labeling or warnings consistent with California Proposition 65 regulations.

8. Age & Safety
Mystery scoops are recommended for ages 18+. Products may contain small parts. Please use discretion when purchasing.
9. Independent Business
Little Luxe Scoops operates independently from any other professional services provided by the owner.
10. Limitation of Liability
All products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Luxe Scoops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact Little Luxe Scoops directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in refusal of future service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
